Gene Martin formed Success Investments, Inc. to build a unique commercial real estate firm based on superior customer service. Success Investments, Inc. provides real estate services, advice on rates, terms and loan to value. He is active in various civic organizations. For example, Gene served as President of the Affiliate Committee, selected as Affiliate of the Year 2002 and again 2006 by the Southwest Los Angeles Association of Realtors; he served as Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee and Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Southwest Los Angeles Chapter.

Gene has over 35 years of personal lending experience that include company ownership, Vice President of a Mortgage Bank, duties including quality control, loan production and Branch Manager of the largest office for a major bank. Gene at present is also an accomplished motivational speaker regarding commercial property.
